The tale of Siyavash

Siavash

Siavash

Siyavash, son of Kay Kavus, is raised by Rostam in Zabulistan and returns as a skilled prince. Falsely accused of raping his stepmother Sudabeh, he proves his innocence by riding through fire. He goes to Turan and marries Farangis, but is killed by Afrasiab. His death sparks war, and his son “Kay-Khosrow” avenges him, becoming the next Shah. Siyavash represents innocence, purity, and sacrifice in Iranian mythology.
